Fresh Stracciatella by Licoli is made from 100% Belgian cow’s milk, sourced locally and crafted fresh every week in Gent. Combining delicate strands of fresh mozzarella with rich cream, it offers a smooth, luxurious texture and a fresh, milky flavour.
Used daily in the Licoli pizzeria, our stracciatella is the perfect finishing touch for Neapolitan pizza. Spoon it over a freshly baked pizza to add richness and freshness, or enjoy it with seasonal vegetables, focaccia or antipasti. Best served fresh.

Returns & problems
Unused non-food products can be returned within 14 days, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Food products cannot be returned once opened. For fresh or perishable products, please contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue with your order.
