The Licoli × GI Metal Stainless Steel Pizza Baking Steel is designed to solve one of the biggest limitations of baking pizza at home: not enough heat reaching the bottom of the dough.
Made in Italy from 4 mm AISI 304 stainless steel, the plate absorbs and stores heat, then transfers it rapidly into the pizza base. Compared with a traditional pizza stone, steel conducts heat significantly faster, helping the dough rise quickly, develop better colour underneath and achieve a crispier, more pizzeria-style bake at normal home-oven temperatures.
Unlike a ceramic pizza stone, it also won't crack from impacts or normal thermal shock, making it an exceptionally durable piece of equipment for serious home pizza makers.

Returns & problems
Unused non-food products can be returned within 14 days, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Food products cannot be returned once opened. For fresh or perishable products, please contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue with your order.
